QUALITY ASSURANCE

HFI has 18 advanced kiln chambers(10 tons each) to dry the wood. The process of kiln drying the wood remove moisture from the wood, up to the optimum moisture content at stabilization point. This process "cures" the wood, producing the premium quality.



Kiln drying eliminates shrinkage, mildew growth on the wood and destroys all insect eggs There is NO concern of splitting, cracking or deterioration of wood due to climate changes Kiln dried wood ensure consistent quality and durability.

Note that air dried wood can expand or shrink due to atmospheric humidity resulting in undesirable ugly cracks and splitting.
